We are looking for a talented and motivated graphic designer who has interest in joining a young startup company in the web space. This position is part time, but will give the right individual a lot of experience working in a business atmosphere, and creating designs that will actually be used on a professional, high traffic web site. Your work will consist of:
- creating and editing web images
- helping design, layout, and purchase company credentials
- add valuable input to overall usability, and user experience of a beta web site
You should be:
- extremely creative
- a recent design grad, or currently be in school for graphic design
- experienced with photoshop
- experienced with illustrator
- technically literate, and interested in the web space
- responsible, and able to deliver projects on an agreed upon schedule
- able to easily commute to soho in nyc
This is a part time position, and the amount of work will vary, but we are looking for someone who is able to work 5-10 hours per week. The position is unpaid, but we will cover expenses. We are looking for someone who is energetic, and passionate about their work, and is looking for a position that will teach them a lot, give them a lot of material to add to their portfolio, and be a huge asset on their resume.
